A GSOS host welcoming a newly-arrived student outside a British university building

A soft landing your students will remember.

A vetted UK welcome for the students you place — and commission on every booking.

Your placed students get a vetted UK welcome — met at the airport, settled in over two to five days — while you earn commission on every referred booking, paid weekly in your local currency.

Why partner with GSOS

Four reasons agents recommend us.

01

It increases your post-offer NPS.

Agents are judged on what happens after the offer letter arrives. Students who land softly in the UK remember who recommended GSOS — and tell their friends and siblings. We become the last good thing you do before they fly.

02

We pay weekly, in your local currency.

15% commission on Welcome and Settle, 10% on Tailored. Paid weekly in arrears after the booking is delivered. Stripe handles the FX, so you receive in your currency at mid-market rates.

03

We supply the marketing assets.

Branded brochures in English, Mandarin, and Hindi. Co-branded WeChat / WhatsApp creative. A short pitch deck. Sample messaging for parent groups. You don't have to invent how to talk about us.

04

The trust signals are already there.

Companies House registered in the UK. DBS-checked hosts. Insured. A refund policy on every booking. Parents asking "is this real?" get a clear yes.

How the partnership works

From enquiry to commission, in seven steps.

  1. You apply

Email [email protected] with your agency name, the cities you serve, and the volume of UK placements you handle in a normal intake.

  2. We onboard you

A 30-minute video call walks through the service, the commission terms, and the marketing pack. We sign a simple one-page agreement.

  3. We send the pack

Brand assets, brochures in English / Mandarin / Hindi, sample WeChat and WhatsApp messages, your unique referral link, a pitch deck.

  4. You introduce GSOS to placed families

Post-offer, you share GSOS with each placed family using your referral link. They book directly with us.

  5. We deliver the booking

Your family receives the full GSOS welcome week. Milestone notifications go to the parent in their language.

  6. We pay commission

The Friday after the booking ends, we transfer your commission in your local currency. You receive a statement with each payout.

  7. You hear how it went

We share a quote, photo, or short reflection from the family with each payout — so you have something to share with your next placed cohort.

Apply to partner

Open to a small founding cohort of agents.

We are partnering most actively with agents in China, India, and Nigeria for the September 2026 intake — but if you place students into UK universities from anywhere in the world, we want to hear from you. Write to us with your agency name, the cities you serve, and roughly how many UK placements you handle each intake. We respond within two working days.

Agent FAQ

What partners ask before they sign.

No. We work with single-office agents and large multi-city ones. We don't enforce minimums in Year 1.

No. The partnership is commission-only. The agreement is one page, no joining fee, no annual fee, no exclusivity required.

You receive a unique referral link that tags every booking. Parents can also mention your agency in the enquiry form. Both methods are tracked.

The Friday after the booking is delivered (i.e. after the GSOS week ends). Stripe transfers the commission in your local currency, with a statement attached.

If GSOS refunds the family per our standard policy, no commission is paid on that booking. If the family rebooks for a future intake, the commission pays out on the delivered booking.

Yes, with the marketing pack. The pack includes pre-approved logos, brochure spreads, and social cards. You can share these on your channels and in parent WhatsApp / WeChat groups.

Not in Year 1. The service is delivered under the GSOS brand. We may consider white-label arrangements with high-volume agents from Year 2.

London and Manchester for the September 2026 intake. Edinburgh, Birmingham, Leeds and others from September 2027.

For Year 1 we cover Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Yoruba, Igbo, and English. If your family needs a different language we'll be honest about our fallback hierarchy — same region, same language, international-student-with-similar-experience — and let them decide.
